Sunday, 7 May 2017 saw the opening of an exhibition, as part of the continuing celebration of Holy Saviour Church’s 150th anniversary.
The Archdeacon of Croydon, the Venerable Christopher Skilton, presided and preached at the 10am service. Afterwards, the whole congregation were invited upstairs, where the Archdeacon formally declared the exhibition open.
The exhibition is located in the upper gallery. It includes pictures, books and objects ranging from 1867 to the present day.
Many thanks go to our 150th Anniversary Celebration Team, especially its chair Barbara Truttero, and Michael Williamson, Marie Williams, Redva Williams, Fereshteh Khalkhali and Revd Catherine. The exhibition will remain open for the rest of this year.
